tonight!

If only I didn’t wake up at 5am this morning.  I’ll be relying on coffee, sugar and adrenaline to pull me through tonight.   After all this work, the day is finally here and I’ll be the one responsible for spreading yawns across Skylark.  Ha.

James Callan over at the SunBreak just posted the phone interview we did last week with some images from the show.   You can also hear a radio interview with Lee Callahan that ran at absurd early Sunday morning hours on Jack FM, KZOK and 1090AM right here (clicky clicky!).

See you at Skylark Cafe tonight!

Adventure School -ing

I’ve tapped one of the raddest event planning bizzes in the bizness to help me pull off Thursday night’s opening party.  Cori & Aviva of the Adventure School have a knack for turning the conventional birthday party, holiday fete, wedding or fundraiser upside down.  Check out their blog, where you’ll find a recent Adventurer Profile from a familiar face.

Anderson Lodge Wedding: Emily & Shawna

I’ll post some full weddings soon, promise.  I’m still in post with the end of summer weddings and am gearing up for the show.  Lots of great stuff coming!

Show Me Your TIFFs: Ten Years of Music Photography by this Lady

Julie Christie, the rumors are true.  I’m hanging the show tonight.  It’ll be up until December 12th but if you’re around next Thursday, October 8th and love a good party, stop by Skylark Cafe between 6pm and 11:30pm and I’ll give you one.   There are lots of thank yous to go around.  This one is for Demetre Arges, who designed the show poster (in addition to my logo, which you’re already familiar with).  Many thanks, Demetre!

Want to see more?  The Seattle Weekly is currently featuring a slideshow with stories behind some of  the images from the show.
