For the past week I’ve had the privilege of studying with Magnum photographer Bruce Gilden in Toronto. Bruce is known for his character driven, often humorous photographic observations on urban streets whether it be in New York, Haiti or Japan. The man is hilarious and I’ve really enjoyed his many stories and honest critiques. The following is some of the work I produced this week while walking the streets of Toronto.

Zoë GJenny, I’ve been a fan of your work for a while now and am so thrilled to see you capture my hometown so charismatically. It’s always incredible to see Toronto through the eyes of others. But, I’m particularly thrilled with your vision of this dynamic place. You captured some of its under-represented charm. It is in the diversity of faces and places that this city of neighbourhoods thrives. Thank you for sharing!
JuliannaLove the shots- honest and charming.
