Once again, the Adventure School raised the party planning bar with the Henry Art Gallery’s benefit gala. A South Lake Union warehouse was transformed with the help of Berlin-based artist Jeppe Hein, who chaired the event and created a revolving angled mirror installation that transfixed anyone walking by it. Johnathan Sundstrom of Lark catered the dinner, with William Leaman of Bakery Nouveau sculpting deserts that were art pieces in their own right. After dinner, tablecloths were pulled to reveal ping pong tables underneath. Guests practiced their back-hand while Orkestar Zirkonium fired up their instruments, carrying the crowd into the next room and sending them off to dance the evening hours away.
The party planning mavens themselves, Aviva & Cori:
The man with the camera bottom center above is the “creative muscle” of Wright Might, Patrick Wright. He put together this incredible video of the evening from start to finish.
