We're on the corner of 6th Ave S and South Dearborn St in the brick Wan Hua Foods building. It is kitty-corner to Uwajimaya supermarket between the Seattle neighborhoods of Sodo and the International District. Free 2-hour parking is available around the block as well as paid 2-hour parking north of S Dearborn (install the Pay by Phone parking app to keep an eye on time). For longer-term parking, there is a paid lot just south on 6th Ave S.
