Amber & David at Mountain Springs Lodge

Amber and David were married at Mountain Springs Lodge in Leavenworth, which happens to be where I shot my first wedding waaay back in 2001.   I met Amber through a mutual friend five years ago.  She has the perfect combination of sass and smarts (check out her production company, Copper Curl) and I jumped at the chance to shoot the wedding of such a hilariously fun couple.  Amber & David knew each other in their high school days back in Alaska but it took the recent wedding of their two friends to bring them together romantically.  So many friends and family made the trip down to Washington to celebrate with them.  I’ve never witnessed a longer line of people waiting to toast their marriage with loving and funny stories of how much it meant to have them in their lives.
